Universal Banker Entry-level banking role to build proficiency in both teller and banker functions. Processes transactions accurately and efficiently while simultaneously introducing products and services that meet customer needs and encourages customers to expand their relationship with Synovus. Part Time Human Resources Assistant

Reporting: This position reports directly the Director of Human Resources but will also take daily direction from the Sr. Human Resources Generalist. Schedule: Human Resources Department’s schedule is Monday – Friday (7am – 4pm), but there is flexibility to work with a student’s class schedule either with ½ days and/or select full days. Pay: The pay range for this position is currently $16.00 - $17.00. Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for Human Resources
  • Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and screening applicants
  • Assist in training newly hired employees with company approved and prescribed training materials and curriculum
  • Maintains complete and accurate personnel files
  • Assist in managing leave of absence - FMLA, Medical, Personal
  • Assist with New Hire Orientation, Benefits Enrollment
  • Assists with training and compliance with OSHA, DOT, ADA reporting and filing
  • Ability to present to different size groups and audience types
  • Assist HR leadership team in managing projects, workflow, timeframes, and deliverables
