The Highlands Writers Conference held at Georgia Highlands College provides opportunities for student writers to meet with local writers of all types to discuss and hone the craft of writing. Previous conferences have witnessed experienced journalists, fiction authors, cold-case murder podcast hosts, and a number of other creative voices to help area writers find how their voice fits within the literary and local community.
