The 2025 Highlands Writers Conference (March 8, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) will continue the tradition of inviting published authors to share their approaches with aspiring and accomplished writers alike in a community-centered space at Georgia Highlands College. The in-person events will be held on our campus in Cartersville, and we will offer a couple of digital presentations for those who may not be able to attend in person.

We are excited both to welcome Marcela Fuentes as our Featured Speaker and to announce workshops in poetry, fiction, non-fiction, podcasting, and screenwriting!
