Travel Authorizations
Travel Authorizations (Authority to Travel) must be completed prior to travel.
All travel out of state requires Travel Authorization.
All GHC employees are authorized to travel within the State of Georgia under the Standing Authority to Travel List. Therefore, there is no need to complete the Travel Authorization Form.
Travel requires Project Manager approval (if applicable), Business Manager approval (if applicable), and Department approval.
