Compliance and Ethics Reporting Hotline

At Georgia Highlands College, we understand the importance of maintaining an ethical, efficient, and effective work environment to successfully fulfill our mission. Ensuring that every member of our college community has the opportunity and means to address any issues that could compromise this environment has always been a top priority for us. While reporting through your supervisory chain is encouraged as it often leads to thorough and timely resolutions, we want to emphasize that other reporting channels, such as the Campus Police and Human Resources, are readily accessible and actively supported.

We give special attention to addressing fraud, waste, abuse, and all forms of harassment, as they directly impact our responsibility as stewards and the well-being of individuals within our campus community. However, we also encourage you to report any other significant concerns using any available methods.

As an institution, Georgia Highlands College is committed to conducting business ethically and legally, but we cannot achieve this goal without your help. By consistently doing what is right, you contribute to our reputation for excellence and integrity.

To ensure the secure and anonymous reporting of your concerns, we provide the services of NAVEX Global, our external hotline provider. This service is available 24/7, allowing you to voice your concerns while maintaining anonymity, if you prefer.
