In preparation for 2025 Open Enrollment.
We invite you to participate in our two-day in-person 2024 Benefits Fair. The goal of the event is to inform our employees about the benefits available to them including any changes to benefits for 2025. If you are a vendor please read this page to learn how to particapte.

Building B – Student Center – Room 102 – Meeting Room. Parking B - is located in the back of the Student Center – Building B (see map)
Thursday, October 31, 2024
- GHC Rome Campus
- 3175 Cedartown Highway
- Rome, GA 30161
Bulding - McCorkle Bldg – Room - Solarium. Parking located in the front of McCorckle Bldg. (see map)
Note to Vendors:
As a vendor, we are requesting that a representative from your team be present to answer employee questions in preparation for 2025 Open Enrollment. In addition to providing an understanding of how your company may help our employees, please provide any educational/informational fliers/brochures.
The benefits fair will be held on:
- Tuesday, October 29th from 10am – 2pm at our Cartersville location and
- Thursday, October 31st from 10am – 2pm at our Rome location.
