No. It is up to students to know which assignments they are allowed to receive outside help on. In general, we will not help with anything that is marked as a test or quiz unless otherwise notified by the instructor. We are also asked to not help with certain projects. Always refer to your syllabus or ask the instructor if you are unsure.
