To check your Schedule/Bill (Charges):

You can access your class schedule information, charges including tuition/fees, financial aid/payment information, and any balances owed/refunds due on your Schedule/Bill.

To check your Financial Aid Status:

1. Log into your Charger Portal
2. In the Financial Aid section, click on the Financial Aid link.
3. Select the appropriate aid year (encompasses fall, spring, and summer).
4. Click on the Offers link.

For issues with Charger Portal:

Click on the GHC411 icon below to request assistance from the GHC I.T. Department or email RT@highlands.edu (don’t forget to send the request from your GHC student email and provide your full name and GHC ID number).

To retrieve your GHC student email or GHC ID number:

Use the Personal Information page on your Charger Portal.
Students should set their initial password for their account by using the password reset link or by clicking the forgot password link on the Student Sign-on page.
