- Upload finish documents into your D2L Course Portfolio by calendar deadlines.

Goal Plans
Depending on what you are seeking to accomplish, goals plans are written for a certain number of years. Be sure to align your own goals to that of the College Goals listed in the Strategic Plan. Be sure to use the Strategic Plan that aligns with when you write your portfolio.
Your own goals could be the same as the goals you wrote for your annual evaluation.
Write these goals using the SMART guidelines. SMART Goals technique should be used for your own performance goals. Consult the SMART Goals Template for writing smart goals.
Please find a list of sample portfolios linked below. These are samples of what other GHC faculty have successfully submitted. The policy guidelines provide the details needed for each portfolio. Please note that the guidelines changed in 2020 and 2023. Also, you may have to be logged into the system to view.
