Transcripts

Georgia Highlands College uses Parchment to process transcript requests and charges a fee of $9.00 per transcript request. Both paper and electronic transcripts are available. Please note that electronic transcripts enable faster service.

Starting January 6th, 2025, Parchment will begin colleting sales tax on certain document requests, including transcripts and diplomas, in compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws. This change may affect the total cost of your request based on various factors such as document type, delivery method, and location. Before completing your order, you will see a breakdown of all charges, including any applicable taxes, to ensure total transparency.

Helpful Transcript Request Information

Tips for sending transcripts electronically:

  • If you want all final grades to show on your transcript but grades are not posted, you can still request a transcript.  Simply choose the "Hold for Final Grades" option.
  • If you want your awarded degree to show on your transcript, you can request before the degree is awarded.  Simply choose the "Hold for Degree" option.

Students can request transcripts Parchment to any mailing or email address including another school, business, person, self, and the following Application Services:

  • AAMC - Association of American Medical Colleges
  • LSAC - Law School Admission Council
  • PharmCAS - Pharmacy College Application Service
