Enrollment Verifications

Georgia Highlands College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to act as our agent to provide Enrollment Certifications for students and third parties through Myhub.  Myhub is a free and secure online resource provided by the National Student Clearinghouse that provides access to verified education records.

Current Students

  1. Click the link: Myhub
  2. Log in with your GHC SSO credentials (email address and password)
  3. Download an Enrollment Verification Certificate to print or save to PDF

Current students can also access this site using the Enrollment Verification link on the Student Advising Profile in the Charger Portal.

NOTE: Good Student Letters for insurance companies will continue to be prepared in our offices. New students are not eligible for a “good student” letter your first term of attendance because you will not have an academic GPA until the end of the term. If you are a recent high school graduate, you may request this information from your former high school until an academic GPA is earned at Georgia Highlands College.  Complete the Good Student Letter Request and submit to registrar@highlands.edu.

  2. Select login
  3. Type Georgia Highlands College in the search bar
  4. Click Next and follow prompts
  5. Download an Enrollment Verification to print or save to PDF
