Associate for Every Bachelor
Did you know?
Every* GHC student enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program can graduate with two degrees—a bachelor’s and an associate—without taking a single extra class.
How does it work?
All of GHC’s bachelor’s programs already include the required coursework for an associate degree. That means you automatically earn your associate’s degree when you complete your bachelor’s program.
You’ll automatically receive one of the following associate degrees upon completion of your bachelor’s program:
| Degree and Pathway on Record | Associates Included |
|---|---|
| BBA, Logistics and Supply Chain Management | AS, Business Administration |
| BBA, Healthcare Management | AS, Business Administration |
| BS, Building Information & Modeling Management | AS, General Studies |
| BS, Criminal Justice | AA, Criminal Justice |
| BS, Digital Media and Communication | AS, General Studies |
| BS, Environmental and Natural Resources | AS, General Studies |
| BS, Health Science | AS, Health Professions |
| BS, Organizational Leadership | AS, General Studies |
| BS Dental Hygiene | AS, Health Professions |
| RN to BSN | AS, Health Professions |
Already have an associate degree on your official record?
Just submit a graduation application for that degree. If you do not apply to graduate with your existing associate degree, only the one shown in the chart above will be awarded.
Looking for a different associate degree?
Other associate pathways are available. If you want an option not listed above, talk with an advisor and update your Program of Study using the Program of Study Update form. Only the associate degrees shown above will be automatically awarded upon completion of your bachelor’s program unless a Program of Study Update form is submitted.
*Students who have already earned an associate degree at GHC are not eligible to receive an additional associate degree.
