Change of Name or Address

Update Your Student Record

Students requesting that changes be made to their student records should follow the steps below.

Name Change: Submit appropriate documentation (copy of marriage license, divorce decree, legal name change) showing legal name change with student change request form.  Email form and documentation to registrar@highlands.edu.

Change of address/telephone/email: Simply log into the Charger Portal, click on the My Personal Information link, then click on the edit icon (pencil in a circle) for the field that needs to be updated.  Make the necessary updated and click the Update button.
