The Montepulciano, Italy program

Students of Georgia Highlands College have the opportunity to study abroad in Montepulciano, Italy, as part of a study abroad consortium with Kennesaw State University. Montepulciano is a beautiful town in the hills of Tuscany overlooking a valley of vineyards. The town is within a few hours travel to major cities such as Rome and Florence. Students on the Montepulciano program live in apartments in the town where they take two three hour credit courses in classrooms at La Fortezza, a restored medieval fortress. The Montepulciano program has two session, session I (Early Summer) and session II (Late Summer).
