The Old Red Kimono
Founded in 1971, The Old Red Kimono is published under the auspices of the School of Humanities at Georgia Highlands College, and is funded by student activity fees. We publish poetry, short fiction, and visual art from students and faculty as well as outside contributors. The ORK strives to present the diverse voices and visions of GHC and the larger creative community.
The ORK is named in honor of the first poem taught by Professor Ken Anderson in the first Creative Writing course at GHC:
