GHC High Impact Practices Faculty Learning Community

The Georgia Highlands College High Impact Practices FLC aligns with the initiatives of the University System of Georgia. This FLC is supported by the USG STEM IV Initiative grant program.

Throughout the 2021-2022 Academic year, faculty have the opportunity to participate in a faculty learning community to learn more about High Impact Practices. Faculty will create these experiences in their courses, measure student growth and learning, and share their teaching practice with the other FLC faculty. The course redesigns will take place in the Fall semester and the implementation in the Spring semester. The faculty will participate in the Best Practices in Teaching Symposium (May 2022) and present their experiences and findings to the GHC community.
