Continuing and Professional Education is excited to announce the Patient Care Technician Certificate Program (PCT)! This program equips students with the essential skills and knowledge required to excel as a Patient Care Technician. Through comprehensive training, students will develop expertise in assisting healthcare professionals, providing direct patient care, and performing various clinical and administrative tasks. Upon successful completion of the program, students are eligible to take the Certified Patient Care Technician (CPCT) exam through the National Healthcareer Association.
Registration Fee
The registration fee includes instruction, textbooks, workbooks, required supplies, clinical supervision, and the cost of the exam. Students are responsible for the cost of the background check, drug screen, and scrubs. Students will receive information on how to complete the background check and drug screen upon registration.
