Pharmacy Technician Certification Prep – (Online Training)

Pharmacies in Georgia are looking for Certified Pharmacy Technicians! This is due to the law allowing the pharmacist to supervise up to three technicians providing one of the technicians is certified (O.C.G.A. §26-4-82(d)). This comprehensive 15-week program prepares you for the ExCPT exam -one of two exams recognized by the GA Board of Pharmacy – and includes the cost of the ExCPT exam in tuition. In addition to exam preparation, the program includes covers the following topics: pharmacy laws and regulations, controlled substances, medication classifications, prescription and medication order intake and entry, preparing and dispensing prescriptions, pharmacy calculations, sterile and nonsterile products, medication safety and quality assurance.

Cost: $1,599 (includes certificate of completion, NHA exam prep and exam, textbook(s) purchased separately).

Online Schedule: Saturdays – 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM, April 12, 2025 – August 2, 2025 (no class on 5/24 and 7/5)
