New Student FAQs

I cannot log into pre-orientation?

Please go to outlook.office.com and log in with your GHC email address and password. On First login you will be prompted to setup DUO 2 factor authentication and security questions for your GHC email account. Once you have completed these steps you should be able to get into pre orientation.

Where can I find my GHC log in information?

You can do so with SCORE. Get help with SCORE.

Why is my account locked/How do I unlock my account?

Students who are enrolled at GHC may log into the MyGHC portal in order to utilize it as a resource. Get help with MyGHC

I’m an applicant for GHC, where do I find my admissions information?

Students that are currently seeking enrollment at GHC may login to Check Admissions Status portal for the most current and up to date information related to his or her acceptance status.

Where do I go for detailed assistance?

Students needing detailed assistance with any topic at GHC may submit a ticket to our student help support system by submitting a “Help Request” from this page.
Students submitting a ticket can expect a response time from the appropriate department within 24 business hours.
