It’s the final week of the Take the Pressure Off blood pressure challenge!

Just one more week for the challenge – so keep getting your 5 a day!


In a few days (October 31st), we’ll wrap up the Take the Pressure Off challenge! Remember to keep filling out your log, reporting how many servings of fruits and veggies you eat per day. Then, at the end of the week, email or send via inner office mail your log sheet to Bradley Gilmore (HR – Cartersville) If you’ve eaten five servings of fruits and veggies for five days a week through the whole challenge, you’ll be entered in the drawing for a awesome prize!

Whether you’ve taken the challenge or not, it’s important to take steps now to keep your blood pressure at a healthy level. To learn more, read this week’s attachment: High blood pressure, AFIB and Stroke. And make lowering your blood pressure a high priority.
