New Assistant Softball Coach

Please join us in welcoming Karlie Worley, Assistant Softball Coach, to our Georgia Highlands College community. Karlie’s primary location will be the Cartersville Site.

Karlie graduated from GHC with an Associates in Mathematics and from Berry College with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and secondary education while being a student-athlete and student-worker with the nationally ranked softball program. Off the field, Karlie helped with scouting opponents and game day statistical analysis. On the field, she was a utility player for the Vikings with a career batting average of 0.350. On March 18th, Worley was named Louisville Slugger/NFCA National Player of the Week after batting 0.817 and slugging 1.143 against conference opponent Suwannee. Karlie was a member of the Chargers inaugural softball program in 2012 and a NJCAA 1st Team All-Region selection as a sophomore. On top of her coaching duties at Highlands, Karlie plans to pursue a master’s degree in Math Education.

Karlie lives in Summerville, Georgia with her husband Dillon and their two dogs Goose and Daisy.
