Your Work Deserves to be Shared!
We are excited to announce that our celebration has expanded to include the semi-finals and finals of the Annual Public Speaking Competition. For more information about the Public Speaking Competition, visit the website.
Students, faculty, and staff at Georgia Highlands College engage in high-quality academic work throughout the year. From those just starting their educational journey as first-year students to our outstanding faculty and staff members, your work deserves to be shared with others. By presenting at the academic showcase, students will be more competitive in applying to baccalaureate programs or graduate school, improve their resume or CV, and gain valuable experience communicating complex ideas with others. Additionally faculty and staff will have the opportunity to improve their professional presentations skills and build their resume or CV.

Be it class projects, personal research, posters, artwork, music, writing, video production, or just about anything else, we want you to share it at the GHC Academic Showcase. If you want to learn more about submitting, visit our Learn More page.
- The deadline to apply is March 14, 2025.
- You will receive notification regarding your acceptance by March 21, 2025.
- The poster submission deadline is March 28, 2025.
- Join us for a virtual Presenter Orientation. Date TBD. More information and Teams link to follow in acceptance email.
- We will also provide detailed instructions and assistance regarding presenting.

Join the Festival!
This will be a festival of your learning experiences. Through presentations in different formats, we will celebrate the outstanding students, faculty, and staff at GHC. You can choose to participate with a poster, exhibit, or oral presentation. Learn more about the details of submitting a proposal.
Prizes!
1st place student submissions in each track will receive $250.
2nd place student submissions in each track will receive $100.
All participants must be present to win.
