Hello Employees,

The support team has received reports regarding the usability of OneUSG Connect. Impacted users may notice a “Skip to Main Content” message in the upper left-hand corner of the screen. Homepage tiles should function as normal, but other navigation may be unresponsive.

We recommend that users take extra steps to clear their cacheĀ from previous browser sessions in order to log into the application successfully. You may have to do this several times until the issue is resolved.
