Reminder: Employee H-Drives Discontinued on June 1st

The Division of Information Technology is preparing to discontinue the use of employee “H-Drive” accounts. These legacy file shares were provisioned prior to 2018 and provided those individuals with a network location to back up important documents from their GHC-issued devices. Due to the availability of Microsoft OneDrive for Business and the low usage of employee “H-Drive” accounts, we will be discontinuing and removing all “H-Drive” folders and files on June 1st, 2021. This change will allow us to free up important network resources and reduce data risk to GHC.

This change will NOT affect the “P-Drive”, which is a separate network share used for departmental/divisional network shares.

If you have documents stored in your “H-Drive”, please review those files and relocate any that you wish to keep to your OneDrive account associated with your GHC email address.
