OneUSG Connect Support will host a USG ServiceNow Portal & Knowledge training session for employees. Three training sessions will be offered. You only need to attend one.
Focus of training:
- Navigating the USG Self-Service Portal
- Searching the Knowledge Base Tips and Tricks
Things to know about logging into the training session:
- There is no call-in option. Using the link provided, you can log in via:
- Microsoft Teams desktop application.
- Web application.
- Mobile application.
- If you need technical assistance with the Teams application, you will need to reach out to your institution’s technical team.
- You will not be able to unmute to speak. You will only be able to use the Q&A section to ask questions.
