USG ServiceNow Self Service Portal Training

OneUSG Connect Support will host a USG ServiceNow Portal & Knowledge training session for employees. Three training sessions will be offered. You only need to attend one.

Focus of training:

  • Navigating the USG Self-Service Portal
  • Searching the Knowledge Base Tips and Tricks

Things to know about logging into the training session:

  • There is no call-in option. Using the link provided, you can log in via:
    • Microsoft Teams desktop application.
    • Web application.
    • Mobile application.
  • If you need technical assistance with the Teams application, you will need to reach out to your institution’s technical team.
  • You will not be able to unmute to speak. You will only be able to use the Q&A section to ask questions.
