Motivation and Mindset Summit

Motivation and Mindset Summit

Please join us on October 1, 2020 to kick off the Georgia Highlands College Motivation and Mindset Summit. The Summit aligns to the efforts of the University System of Georgia Momentum Approach. In addition, the Summit is kindly supported by the USG STEM IV Initiative grant program.

We encourage you to attend the workshop for GHC staff titled Using Appreciative Advising to Help Students Excel from 3:45-5:00pm facilitated by Dr. McGuire. Dr. McGuire will share how this model represents the work we do with students, whether we academically advise them or interact with them in a different capacity. You are also welcome to attend the presentation for students earlier that day.  Please tell your students about the opportunity to attend the presentation designed just for them!  Students attending will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
