Annual Compliance Training is required of all Georgia Highlands College employees each year. An online Annual Compliance Training course has been developed in Desire to Learn (D2L).
Within this training there are:

•      12 modules to complete
•       Three required forms to complete and upload or return to Human Resources. If you choose to submit the forms via internal mail, D2L will not close out the forms module.
  The only way it will appear closed is if you upload. It is not a problem to leave it appearing to be open.
•       An optional Outstanding Wages Beneficiary Designation Form (This form must be notarized before submission but is not required to complete Annual Compliance).
  The following individuals are notaries: Damaris Mendoza/Cartersville, Stephanie Stewart/various, Karen Yerkes/Cartersville, Krissy Shanahan/Rome,
  Terri Cavender/Rome & HH, Lil Robertson/Rome, Billie Saenz/Douglasville, Angela Spano/Paulding and Jill Freeman/Marietta.

To access the training go to D2L Login  and select “MyGHC Staff/Faculty Login.” You will then sign in using your GHC email credentials. Annual Compliance must be completed by December 18, 2018.
