GHC’s own Jonathan Howard was recognized as the Post-Secondary Teacher of the Year on October 23 by the Cobb County Chamber of Commerce.

An annual event since 1988, the Cobb Chamber’s “Give Our Schools a Hand” teacher appreciation celebration honors teachers from Marietta City, Cobb County, and post-secondary education systems that serve that area for their dedication and service. This salute to public education begins with breakfast and prizes and concludes with a rousing pep rally, complete with cheerleaders and marching bands.
