Please join us in welcoming Edward Rosser, Director of Registrar, to our Georgia Highlands College community. His primary location will be the Floyd Campus.

Edward’s hometown is Atlanta, Georgia. He has a bachelor’s in Office Administration and a master’s in Educational Leadership from Clark Atlanta University. He has also started working on his doctorate in Educational Leadership. 

Edward’s previous position was Associate Registrar – Systems Management and Assistant Registrar at Clark Atlanta University
