The admissions team has revamped the way we manage campus visits. From this point forward, please direct any students and their families you speak with who are interested in visiting one of GHC locations to our Charger Tours link found at https://sites.highlands.edu/forms/charger-tours/ . Prospective students will click on the location they are interested in attending and it will provide them dates and times available to participate in a GHC information session and group tour. The Admissions Counselors control the registration page and this enables them to coordinate with the Campus Dean when scheduling campus visits dates to avoid potential conflicts and ensure the appropriate staff are available to assist our guests.

Charger Tours will include a promotion video from our PR department, a standardized power point presentation, involvement from current students, a campus tour, and the opportunity to meet individually with enrollment staff. Our hope is the group tour format with provide more synergy for our guests and greater consistency to the GHC campus visit experience.

Our next step is to work with PR to develop an Experience GHC page that will put all of our special events (campus visits, Preview Days, Summer Blast, etc.) into one location so families will see all of the options available to them and assist us with our promotional efforts.
