Please join us in welcoming Nicole Tolbert, Instructor of Nursing Education, to our Georgia Highlands College community.  Nicole’s primary location will be the Heritage Hall Campus.

Nicole currently lives in Leesburg, Alabama with her husband, Keith.  She is originally from Centre, Alabama.  She completed her BSN at Samford University.  She received her MSN at Jacksonville State University.  She was a critical care nurse for about 15 years.  She has been in education full time for the past nine years.  She worked at Redmond Regional Medical Center most of her practicing nursing years.  She first taught at Georgia Northwestern Technical College in the Practical Nursing program.  She is currently teaching at Piedmont High School in Piedmont, AL.  She began the Health Science program at Piedmont four years ago.

Fun Facts:  She and her husband have two dogs, Jinks and Cooper.  In addition, she and her husband are hosting an exchange student from Denmark this year.
