GHC Players present Gratitude: A Very, Merry Mashup Cabaret and Toy/Blanket Drive

The GHC Players of Georgia Highlands will present a special holiday cabaret featuring music, comedy, and a hot chocolate bar on Sunday, December 17th at 7pm in the Wilder Center of the First Rome United Methodist Church downtown. Tickets are $10. In lieu of cash, audience members may bring an unwrapped toy or throw blanket to be donated to Angel Express, Inc of Rome. Performers will be accompanied by a live piano trio featuring Julie Bearden Carver, piano; Dan Knowles, drums; and Dr. Sam Baltzer, bass.

The GHC Players group started in Fall 2016 with a fun dinner theatre production of “Murder Under the Mistletoe” with great success. Members of the group include members of the Georgia Highland Heirs vocal ensemble and various students across Cartersville and Rome campuses. They are always looking for new players from the Georgia Highlands College community. Please contact Julie Carver at jcarver@highlands.edu with any questions!
