The 2018 ID cards will begin mailing this week for any USG employees with active coverages who made a plan change during Open Enrollment.

Blue Cross and Blue Shield (BCBS) has notified us of a typo in the welcome letter included with the ID card. The welcome letter references 2017 instead of 2018.

In an effort to address this, BCBS is releasing an apology letter to all impacted employees in reference to the 2017 typo. The ID cards are accurate.
