Stay on the Path to Better Well-being

Although your HealthTrails experience will wrap up April 30, your better well being begins each day. Continue the healthy habits you’ve been practicing and look for new ways to move toward lifelong well-being.

For example, plan break-time

  • walks,
  • stair-climbs, or
  • runs each week with your colleagues.

Or schedule a monthly or quarterly meal together where everyone prepares a favorite healthy dish or brings in different salad ingredients for a potluck lunch.

Be sure to complete the HealthTrails evaluation when you sign in April 30.
