The 1095-C tax forms were sent to the print vendor this morning. It takes approximately 7 business days for the printing and mailing to be completed. The printing and mailing process should be completed by Wednesday, March 23rd.
The USG has placed a 1095-C document on our USG Benefits homepage that states the purpose of the 1095-C form and a few questions and answers for our employees to view.
