Good Afternoon:

The 2015 Annual W-2 Statements are now available in ADP Portal for downloading/printing for your records. If you have not signed up for paperless delivery, now is a great time to do so. ADP will mail statements starting this week.

You may access your online statements by following these steps:

To view a W-2 :
1. Log in to ADP Portal
2. On the first tab of the Portal home page, click Employee
3. On the tab Pay and Taxes, click Annual Statements
4. Click 2015

To print a W-2:
1. Place your cursor on the W-2 to display the toolbar
2. Click the Print icon
