According to CNNMoney, Steve Jobs made a habit of the walking meeting, especially for first encounters.

Aside from giving office workers a little more exercise, walking meetings help break down walls, relax any inhibitions and create camaraderie among co-workers. And with no phones, texts, emails or colleagues interrupting, meetings on the go could also minimize distractions.
