Dealing with Difficult People

Interacting with customers, colleagues and supervisors can involve difficulty. Conflict often arises over goals, expectations, the way to do things or personality differences. Dealing With Difficult People will help you gain more power to influence and build relationships in difficult situations and to prevent conflicts from occuring. This three hour session includes video examples and live practice.

Participants in this course will learn to:
– Identify the causes of difficult behavior.
– Develop strategies to address difficult behavior.
– Practice applying strategies effectively.
