All guest tickets for GHC’s Commencement are now digital! This allowed us to issue them before the day of the ceremony and makes sharing them with guests easy.
Graduates who have RSVPed for a commencement ceremony and are confirmed will be issued tickets the week before the ceremony. An email will be sent to the graduate’s GHC email address with links to the tickets. The email will come from delivery@emails.vivenu.com
- Open the email for the ticket you want to share
- Click on the Display Ticket button
- Click on the Transfer button
- Enter the email address where you want the ticket to be sent. You may also enter a cell number in the file under the email field, but you MUST always enter an email address to transfer the ticket.
- Click submit
- The ticket is now transferred.

Guests must present a digital ticket or printed at the ceremony. Digital and paper tickets will be scanned for entry.

Guests who lose their ticket must come to the Graduate Check-in area to request a replacement ticket. The guest must provide their graduate’s name, their name, and whether they received a digital or paper ticket from the graduate.
If extra tickets are available for your ceremony, there will be a link to an extra ticket request form in the email you receive after the Commencement RSVP form closes, usually 4-6 weeks before date of the ceremony. The Extra Ticket Request form closes once all extra tickets are assigned or 2 weeks before the ceremony.
Graduates who have tickets they do not plan to use can also share those extra tickets with other graduates. This is done the same way tickets are shared with guests.
