Paper Diplomas
It’s mailed, free of charge, 6-8 weeks after your degree is awarded.
- It will be mailed to your address on record so make sure your address is updated in the Charger Portal.
- You will receive an email 2-3 weeks after the final grade deadline of your last semester with information about your diploma.
- Be sure to review the email to confirm the mailing address is correct. Check out the Address Validation video for more details.
Delayed or damaged diploma?
Please contact Parchment’s Diploma printing team by email at diplomaprints@parchment.com to further assist. Do note that you have 72 hours from when you receive your claim email to confirm your mailing address. Digital Diplomas

- A link will be emailed to your GHC email address 2-3 weeks after the final grade deadline at the end of your last semester.

- Your digital diploma will always be accessible through your Parchment account. You can login and download or share it again and again — at no cost to you.
