Take The Pressure Off – October Blood Pressure Health Challenge

The Take the Pressure Off blood pressure challenge starts TODAY!

1 out of 3 people in the U.S. has high blood pressure – so let’s challenge ourselves to bring it down!

Eating more fruit and vegetables has been proven to help lower blood pressure. So we’re starting a month-long challenge for all employees to eat more of these healthful foods.

Here’s how it works:

1. On October 7th (Today), the challenge begins! Start eating your 5 servings of fruits and veggies a day, at least 5 times a week.

2. Record your servings on the challenge log sheet – and give yourself one point for each serving of fruit or vegetables.

3. At the end of the challenge, submit your log sheet. The last day of the challenge is October 31st.

4. If you’ve had 5 servings a day 5 times a week through the entire challenge, you’ll be entered in a drawing to win an awesome prize!
