New Recruiting Process for Managers

In order to post full-time positions, managers will need to submit a “Request for Approval to Fill Vacancy”. This form will flow to Position Management to be approved by the Resource Committee. Once approved, a position number is assigned, signatures are requested, and HR receives a notification that it is approved and ready to post.
Instructions:
Step 1: Go to the employee portal. Under HR, click Employment…Recruiting… “Request for Approval to Fill Vacancy.”
Step 2: Input all required information as indicated by the red star, sign, and click submit. A confirmation will be sent out to notify you that it was received. You will also receive a notification once it is approved.
