  • 11:30 am – 12:10 pm, All Levels Yoga by KSU: Whether you are a beginner or an expert yogi – this class is for you! Kennesaw State University brings you a live yoga class that is great for all experience levels. Take a mid-day break!
  • 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm, MONEY MONDAY: Managing Credit/Fraud Prevention by CAPTRUST: Using credit is an important part of building a future, but using too much can harm you in unanticipated ways. This webinar will explain how to get information about your credit, as well as what credit reports contain and why it is important to review them. We will also discuss steps that can help you avoid fraud and identity theft.

  • 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm, WELL-BEING WEDNESDAY: Battling Burnout by Kepro:Burnout is an occupational phenomenon which can lead people to experience emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and reduced personal accomplishment. Yet, as it occurs over a gradual period of time, it is not always easy to notice the signs of excessive pressure building up. With an alarming number of workers across the world reporting increasing levels of burnout, it is more important than ever to recognize the early warning signs and risk factors and learn how to implement anti-burnout strategies.

  • 10:00 am – 11:00 am, Elements of Fun – Making Time for Play by Virgin Pulse: Play allows us to relieve stress and keeps us feeling young. Play also helps us develop and improve social skills. Encouraging time for play at work and at home can boost productivity and innovation. This webinar will offer you a variety of fun and engaging activities that you can incorporate into your workday with co-workers and at home with your family and friends. You’ll build healthy habits, have fun with coworkers and experience the lifelong rewards of better health and well-being. This year, we’re changing up the ways you can earn credit when you take these steps, but one thing remains the same: you have full access to tools, resources and the USG community to support your well-being goals. Join to learn more about how to earn points, achieve levels and receive up to a $200 well-being credit this program year!
