Monday, June 26

  • 11:30 am – 12:10 pm, All Levels Yoga by KSU: Whether you are a beginner or an expert yogi – this class is for you! Kennesaw State University brings you a live yoga class that is great for all experience levels. Take a mid-day break!
  • 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm, MONEY MONDAY: A Deeper Look at Target Date Funds by CAPTRUST: We will discuss the importance of asset allocation and one way to diversify your investments – by using a target date fund. We look at what makes them unique as an investment category and what to consider when using them. Also discussed is, how to discern the differences between different target date funds, including glide path, asset allocation, to vs. through, and the underlying building blocks.

Wednesday, June 28

  • 12:30 pm – 12:45 pm, Office Stretch Break by KSU: Need a quick stretch? Kennesaw State University brings you a 15-minute office stretch break.
  • 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm, WELL-BEING WEDNEDAY: Discover a World of Emotional Intelligence by Kepro:Being able to recognize feelings in oneself and others, managing emotions, and balancing thoughts are invaluable traits that are associated with emotional intelligence (EQ). Emotional intelligence requires skills such as self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills. Embracing the nuances of human emotion has demonstrated several benefits, particularly at work, such as better collaboration, compassionate leadership, boosted morale, and overall a happier and healthier workplace. Participants will learn that by recognizing the feelings of family members and co-workers and responding in a balanced, rational way, they can improve relationships and collaborate more effectively. The session also examines new brain research on emotions and the battle between the emotional and the thinking brain.

Thursday, June 29

  • 11:00 am – 11:30 am, Being there – The Art of Taking a Walk by Kepro: You don’t need to be seated in a quiet room with your eyes closed to meditate. You can benefit from this practice while you’re on a walk, for example. In this webinar, we will discuss how we can live with all our senses and connect with our body and the present moment in our daily activities.

Friday, June 30

  • 8:30 am – 9:30 am, Tackle Unhealthy Habits and Transform your Life by Kepro: Breaking bad habits can be tough. Even if we know something is not good for us, finding the motivation to tackle the unhealthy cycles of behavior and know how to make better choices is not always easy. The good news is that change is absolutely possible. This session will explore the science of behavior change and apply these teachings to tackle common bad habits such as alcohol consumption, smoking, social media, and unhealthy eating. The session will explore triggers and how to plan ahead for success.
  • 11:30 am – 12:10 pm, Chair Yoga by KSU: All the benefits of yoga from the comfort of your desk. Kennesaw State University brings you a live chair yoga class that is great for beginners all the way up to yoga masters.
