  • 10:00 am – 11:00 am EAP 101: The Basics by Kepro: An informative session focusing on the valuable counseling, legal and financial services, and referrals included in your Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offered by Kepro. Learn how the EAP, a no-cost confidential resource, can assist you and your loved ones build and maintain personal and professional well-being.

  • 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm WELL-BEING WEDNESDAY: Men’s Health: Getting/Staying Fit After 40 by Accolade: Join us for the June well-being webinar and hear from an Accolade medical professional as they provide education on men’s health, give helpful guidance on ways to care for the body, exercise, and alter eating habits in order to get or stay fit after the age of 40, and highlight how Accolade can help you get the care that you need.

You’ll build healthy habits, have fun with coworkers and experience the lifelong rewards of better health and well-being. This year, we’re changing up the ways you can earn credit when you take these steps, but one thing remains the same: you have full access to tools, resources and the USG community to support your well-being goals. Join to learn more about how to earn points, achieve levels and receive up to a $200 well-being credit this program year!

  • 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm Guided Meditation & Chair Yoga by GSU: Take a mid-day break with an online Meditation and Chair Yoga session.
