Staff/Administrator Evaluation

This year, staff evaluations will continue to use the interim Performance Evaluation Form. This is the same form as last year. Next year, we will be using ePeformance in OneUSG. More news to come in the fall 2023 and early 2024.

Importance of reviews-
The current document lists goals for next year. It is important for employees and supervisors to discuss accomplishments throughout the year. Although the current Performance Evaluation does not have ratings. Managers and supervisors should discuss strengths and weaknesses and offer suggestions for any areas of employee improvements.
