With Mental Health Awareness Month in full swing, this is a reminder that our Employee Assistance program is here to help you any day, any time, and provides many services.

Support When You Need It

You and your family and household members have access to the KEPRO Employee Assistance Program* (EAP). Services are free and confidential.

* Program is available for all employees, except students, who work 20 hours or more.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The EAP offers face-to-face consultation with a local licensed provider and/or telephonic counseling with one of KEPRO’s Masters-level clinicians.

Access is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. All calls are answered live by professional counselors. Counseling services and Work-Life services are available for issues that affect you, your family and your household members. The website offers monthly webinars and a wealth of on-demand resources, including articles, self-assessments and trainings on a wide range of topics such as addiction, grief, anxiety and parenting. You will also find information on:

  • Family Caregiving Services: Family caregiving consultation, resources and referrals are available on a variety of family matters, such as child care, elder care and adoption.
  • Health and Wellness concerns
  • Counseling: Up to 4 sessions per concern for face-to-face, telephonic or video counseling along with referrals for a full range of personal, family and work concerns. For face-to-face sessions, counselors are conveniently located near your work or home. Available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, toll-free access to mental health professionals.
  • Financial Services: 30 minute consultation with a qualified financial consultant is available to assist with a variety of financial concerns
  • Convenience Services: Complimentary convenience services are available to request referrals for:
    • Academic resources, such as tutors
    • Special needs services for conditions such as heart disease, ADHD, disabilities and diabetes
    • Daily living and concierge resources, such as home improvement resources, cleaning services or travel information
    • Relocation services, such as moving companies, housing options, utility companies and schools
