Reminder that Monday, January 16, 2023 is the Martin Luther King Holiday.

The 2023 Holiday calendar is on the GHC Intranet at:https://sites.highlands.edu/human-resources/ghc-holidays/

As payroll sent out earlier, we are allowed 8 hours holiday pay for 01/16/2023. You have two options to make up the 9 required hours for that day.

1. You will need to either work an extra hour during the week of 01/15-01/21 to make the required 9 hours.
2. You may record 1 hour of vacation pay on 01/16.

Please work with your supervisor to determine which option is best for you and your department.
