Update on the Anthem and Northside medical coverage

-Anthem and Northside are continuing to work through negotiations.
If an agreement is not reached prior to April 15, 2022, Northside Hospital and its doctors will go out-of-network beginning April 16.
o Employees and their covered family members who are receiving ongoing treatments may continue to have access to in-network care through an approved Continuation of Care.
o Emergency Care – including COVID-19 related care – will continue to be covered on and after April 15, 2022.

• Anthem will mail another round of letters to impacted employees around March 11, 2022.
• Employees may contact Accolade at member.accolade.com or 866-204-9818 to find a new doctor or get more information about their Anthem healthcare coverage.
