Please joining us in welcoming David Tate to his new position as Building Maintenance Supervisor at the Floyd Campus.

Raised in the Silver Creek area, David and his family now live in the city of Aragon in Polk County. David is a graduate of Pepperell High School and attended Coosa Valley Technical College for air conditioning technology. He has previously worked for the Floyd County Board of Education for the past 15 years. David’s family is his favorite hobby. He has a wife of almost 20 years and two children that he loves dearly. He enjoys traveling and creating lasting memories. David also enjoys watching his children play ball, both children participate in various sports. His daughter Addison (10) plays softball and takes piano lessons and his son Evan (7) plays baseball and football.
